The quality farm eggs from our norman producer Clarisse Jouandet who breeds its chickens to the Ferme des Enclos at Ecorches in the Orne department. She is a member of the network notre basse-cour which focuses on a sustainable agriculture, meaning at human size, taking care of the environment, animals and consumers. They are free-range chickens fed without GMO.

For the norman soft butter AOP from Isigny Sainte Mère, the milk used for its production only comes from cows grazing in a defined perimeter of 192 municipalities, essentially in the Manche and Calvados departements.

We remind you that you can find our other biscuits from the norman terroir on our page dedicated to cakes and biscuits.
