Located at Coutances near Cherbourg in the Manche department, Père Roupsard is an unmissable address for who likes good food. For almost 30 years, this butcher and caterer selects raw materials mainly norman in order to propose a friendly cooking.

Amongst the norman specialities from Père Roupsard, you will be able to taste the delicious chicken vallée d’auge, the Cotentin rillettes as well as many terrines made from pork.

The terrines et les rillettes

Proposed in a 90g size, the range of terrines and rillettes from Père Roupsard are a mass of norman flavours. Cooked using pork throat, it will be liked on a toast for aperitif along with a glass of dry cider AOC Cotentin.
Amongst the whole range of products, we advise you to taste the pork terrine with apple and andouille but also the Cotentin rillette. A true delight directly stem from our norman terroir !

The cooked meals

Proposed in a 400g size, the cooked meals from our norman caterer allow you to taste traditional recipes from our patrimony.
Thus, you will be able to discover or rediscover some typical meals from Normandy such as the chicken Vallée d’Auge.

Originally from the Pays d’Auge, a territory known for its apples, Calvados and its cooking with cream, this meal was in the past reserved for Sundays and special occasions.
For its preparation, Père Roupsard takes care to use only high-quality products selected very carefully. This is even more important for the thick crème fraîche that needs to bake for quite a long time.
